General information

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. When processing your data, we comply with the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) and the Telecommunications Act 2003 (TKG 2003). In order to guarantee the security of the processed data and to ensure that it is processed properly and not made accessible to unauthorised persons, appropriate data security measures are taken.

This data protection statement explains the nature, scope and purposes of the collection and use of your personal data by condignum in connection with your visit and use of our website www.condignum.com ("website").

Data processing and storage

Server log files

In the course of your use of the website, we collect and store the following data:

  • IP address and IP location of the device from which it is accessed
  • Referrer URL (the address of the previously visited website)
  • Number, duration and time of hits (your interaction with the website)
  • transmitted data volume
  • Browser and browser version
  • Operating system

in so-called log files (access data) automatically with the help of a website analysis tool. The collected data is only evaluated in aggregated and anonymised form.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can use your browser to allow or reject the use of cookies. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Processing of data

The data collected from you will only be used for statistical evaluations and in aggregated form for the purpose of operating, securing and optimising the website (legitimate interests).

Job Application

If you send us your application, your details, including the contact details, as well as your application documents, will be stored for the purpose of processing your application. We will not pass on this data without your consent. At the latest 6 months after filling the position, your transmitted data will be deleted.

Contact

For the purpose of responding to your requests, we process the personal data you have provided. The legal basis is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO (... "for the implementation of pre-contractual measures"). On the basis of your enquiry we draw the conclusion that by contacting us you are interested in services from us or that you are already in an existing customer relationship. The personal data is stored on a web server of an IT service provider used by us and subsequently processed internally by us. The data processor will be contractually obliged to process your data only to the extent of the service provision and to treat it confidentially. Beyond this, no data will be passed on to other third parties, countries or international organisations.

Customer relationship

Within the framework of customer administration, we process the data you provide for the purpose of contract processing in accordance with Art 6 Paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO (... "necessary for the performance of the contract"). The personal data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. We would like to expressly point out that within condignum GmbH only those employees receive your data who need it to fulfil contractual, legal and supervisory obligations and to protect legitimate interests. For active customer relationships, neccessary data will be transferred to our tax advisors, insurance companies, banks, authorities and, in certain cases, to legal representatives and courts. In addition, processors commissioned by us (e.g. IT service providers) receive your data if they need it for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The data processors are contractually obliged to process your data only to the extent necessary to perform the service and to treat it confidentially.

Data security

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect the data stored against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised access. The transmission of data for the website is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). You can recognise the encrypted connection by the lock symbol in the top left-hand corner of the browser and the use of the "https" scheme as part of the Internet address.
All data is stored on servers of our service providers with whom contracts for data processing in accordance with § 28 DSGVO have been concluded with appropriate verification.

Data minimization

We only store your data for the period of time required to fulfil the purpose. In addition, only the absolutely necessary data is stored on the basis of the applicable legal provisions or storage obligations (UGB, ABGB etc). We do not use any automated decision making or profiling for this processing of your data.

Distribution of data

We will not pass on your personal data collected on the basis of your use of the website to third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfil our obligations or is required by law/authority.

Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your data stored with us in accordance with the DSGVO and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG):

  • Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO)
  • Right of correction (Art. 16 DSGVO)
  • Right of deletion ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 DSGVO)
  • Right to restrict processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)

Our website uses Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyse visitor information in order to improve our services. Data is processed outside the European Union on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the EU Commission. hCaptcha

Our platform uses hCaptcha fromn Intuition Machines, Inc. ("IMI") (San Francisco, CA 941110, USA) for anti-spam protection. Sentry IO

Our platform uses Sentry from Sentry Inc. (45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) to analyse and monitor the stability of our web application.
